These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "User") and ph48 ("ph48," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph48 website located at ph48.asia, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating a ph48 account, logging in to the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of ph48, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph48 Platform.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, and the ph48 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Access to and use of the ph48 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
ph48 verifies age and identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at registration. Acceptance of valid Philippine government-issued identification — including but not limited to PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID — is required to complete account activation. ph48 reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds pending KYC completion or in cases of suspected misrepresentation of age or identity.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph48 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph48 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly in the event of any change. ph48 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph48 login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. ph48 will never ask you to disclose your password. You must notify ph48 immediately via the 24/7 support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph48 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
ph48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; collusion; use of software bots or automation tools; or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
ph48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, and Metrobank Online Transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change at ph48's discretion. Third-party payment methods or cryptocurrency channels not listed on the Platform are not accepted.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within your ph48 account. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are processed subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. ph48 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ph48 within the timeframes published on the Platform. ph48 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete; (b) the account has active bonus requirements; (c) there is an ongoing security investigation; or (d) regulatory reporting obligations require additional processing time.
All transactions on the ph48 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified in a particular game or product.
ph48 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Where a player withdraws funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, ph48 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it prior to processing the withdrawal.
ph48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotion terms — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of incorrectly credited funds.
All bets placed on ph48 are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface and, where applicable, the sports betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. ph48 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by qualified human dealers in licensed studios operating under applicable gaming regulations.
ph48 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: manifest technical errors; incorrect odds publication; system malfunctions; or events declared void under the relevant game or sports betting rules. In the event of a voided bet, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account wallet without interest.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and are displayed within the game interface. ph48 may impose individual bet limits on specific accounts where warranted by responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph48 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
ph48 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible via Account Settings, including: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and reality check reminders; temporary cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the ph48 Platform — including but not limited to the ph48 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of ph48 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ph48 content without prior written consent is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from: service interruptions; technical malfunctions beyond ph48's reasonable control; unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure login credentials; or changes to game rules or promotional terms.
ph48's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to ph48 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ph48 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your personal data is used for: account management and identity verification; transaction processing and fraud prevention; regulatory compliance and AML reporting; and improvement of the Platform and services. ph48 does not sell personal data to third parties. ph48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take immediate effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the ph48 Platform that cannot be resolved through ph48's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels available on the PAGCOR website.

Each player may hold only one ph48 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and balance forfeiture. This rule exists to maintain platform fairness and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
